WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a process to clarify goals, identify obstacles, and then develop strategies and action plans to achieve desired results. I partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Clients reach out for a variety of reasons, including:
Coaching is not therapy, as therapy is designed to treat mental health issues, including depression and anxiety, by a licensed professional.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Schedule a free 25-minute consultation. The goal of the discussion is to make sure I am the right coach for you. We will also talk about what you want to achieve through the process, the length of your coaching program, fees, and specifics about the sessions.
WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS?
The "great resignation" has brought more focus on the need to find meaning at work.
I focus on mid-career and senior professionals who are looking to define what's next. Clients have included association professionals, marketing executives, consultants, editors, museum curators, entrepreneurs, tech innovators, and professionals from organizations like Amazon, BBC, Deloitte, March of Dimes, Mercer, Monumental Sports, NBC, PBS, and a variety of non-profits.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU MEET?
It depends. A typical coaching program is about 6 sessions. However, some clients prefer ongoing executive coaching to navigate complex work challenges, and boost their mental fitness. Others have accomplished resume review and personal branding goals in as little as 3 sessions. Sessions are conducted over zoom, or on the phone depending on a client's preference.
ARE DISCUSSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?
The process is totally confidential. In fact, like other successful coaches who are credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I abide by ICF's core competencies including confidentiality and ethical practices.
