Leadership coach | Speaker | Facilitator | Career strategist
I believe work can work better for people and teams.
Before becoming a leadership coach, speaker, and facilitator, I spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles across corporate, nonprofit, and association environments. I've experienced firsthand the challenges of leading teams, making difficult decisions, managing competing priorities, and continuing to grow as a leader.
Those experiences shape how I work today.
As an ICF-credentialed coach, I help people think through challenges, question assumptions, discover their own answers, and make intentional choices. I believe that the most meaningful insights often come from asking better questions, not having all the answers.
As a speaker and facilitator, I create engaging learning experiences that encourage reflection, build practical skills, and lead to meaningful change. My goal isn't simply to inspire people for an hour. It's to help them leave with something they can actually use.
Through Design Your Next Step®, I work with leaders, professionals, and teams to strengthen communication, collaboration, leadership, and career development.
Your next step doesn't necessarily mean your next job. It might be a different way of leading, a conversation you've been avoiding, a stronger team, or a more intentional career direction.
Let's make work "work" for you and your team.
